Resin bound over a cracked concrete side yard
Cracked concrete and a proud inspection cover, resurfaced flush in resin bound.
The before photograph shows a narrow side yard in cracked, patched concrete with an inspection cover sitting proud of the surface — the two things that decide whether resin is a sensible choice here at all.
Resin bound is only ever as sound as what it is laid over, so a slab like this gets assessed and prepared before anything is mixed. The finished photographs show the surface running the full width between the buildings with a recessed cover tray set flush into it, so the drainage access stays usable and the eye stops noticing it.
