Where we work
We cover Hastings and a 25-mile radius. That boundary is deliberate: it means we can get back to a job under guarantee without it being an expedition.

Why only some towns have their own page
Most local trade sites carry a page per village with the place name swapped in and nothing else changed. We're not doing that. A town gets a page here only when there is something genuinely specific to say about building in it — the ground, the conservation area, the access, the kerb. The rest stay on this list until there is.
Outside the list?
Ring us anyway. If you're a bit further out we'll either take the job or tell you straight away that we're too far to service it properly under guarantee.
