This is a plain-language summary of what happens to information you send us. It covers this website and the enquiries that come through it.
What we collect
When you contact us through the quote form, by phone or by email, we receive the details you choose to give us: typically your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and a description of the work. If you send photographs, we keep those too.
What we use it for
- Preparing and sending a quote for the work you've described.
- Booking and carrying out the work, if you go ahead.
- Keeping in touch about the job while it's live and under guarantee.
We don't sell your details, and we don't pass them to marketers. Where a job needs it — materials delivered, a skip, an EV charger certified — we share only what that supplier needs and nothing more.
Photographs of your property
We photograph our work as it progresses and when it's finished — it's how we show what we build. We don't publish anything that identifies your house number or street. If you'd rather we didn't photograph your job, or you later want a photograph removed from this site, just say so and we'll take it down.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become jobs are deleted within a reasonable period. Job records, quotes and photographs are kept for as long as the workmanship guarantee could apply, so we can honour it.
