We usually arrange visits the same day. A site manager or Cosmin comes out to see the ground, measure properly and answer your questions on the spot. No salespeople, no commission reps, no pushy follow-ups.

Message us and we'll come and look — and because we survey first (measuring properly, checking levels and drainage, and checking what planning rules apply), the price we write down afterwards is fixed rather than "subject to survey". That's the whole point of the visit. A photo of your drive helps — it tells us more about the surface and the fall than a paragraph does.
We're on site most of the day — messages get answered morning and evening.

Will anyone actually answer?
Yes. We answer the phone — even on site, with the digger running. If we do miss you, we'll call you back as soon as we can.
